Pricing is set per property after a 15-minute call where we look at the current listings together. Most single-property sprints land between ฿15,000 and ฿28,000 depending on photo work. Quarterly retainers start at ฿8,000 per property per month. Full management is quoted as a percentage of monthly booking revenue, typically 12-18%.
