WordPress design is the visual layer — colors, type, layout, components, brand feel. We see two extremes: dated 2015 themes that still run, or expensive page-builder sites that look great but break every plugin update. There's a better middle ground.

- Theme purchased from ThemeForest in 2017 — sliders, parallax, particle effects on every section
- Page builder bloat (Elementor, Divi) — every page is a 2,000-line HTML monster
- No design system — every page looks subtly different; spacing inconsistent
- Mobile design is an afterthought — works at 1920px, breaks at 375px
- Stock photo carousels instead of real product/team imagery
- Generic "agency" template indistinguishable from 50 other Thai sites
- Typography from Times New Roman or Comic Sans ranges (we've seen both)
