Will my account manager change frequently?
No. We have low turnover (4-of-6 team members are 2+ years with us) and clients keep the same point of contact. If staff does change, we hand off carefully with overlap.

Because past 35-40 active clients, the work quality drops. We'd rather turn away revenue than dilute service. If we tell you we're full, we mean it.
