Working with us follows three stages. None require you to sign a contract before knowing what you are buying.
Stage 1 — Discovery
Send us your website and a brief about goals. We respond within 1-2 business days with a free audit covering:
- What's working on your site
- What's broken (technical, content, conversion)
- Where the biggest ranking opportunities are
- What your competitors are doing differently
The audit costs nothing and we deliver it whether or not you decide to engage us.
Stage 2 — Planning
A 30-minute call (in person, video, or phone — your choice). We walk through the audit, agree on a service mix, and quote a monthly budget. You take the quote home, think about it, and either accept or pass.
We do not chase you with follow-up emails.
