About this service
A phone repair shop lives on one moment: someone with a cracked screen, standing on the street, typing "ซ่อมมือถือใกล้ฉัน" or "iPhone screen repair Pattaya" into Google. They will visit one of the first three shops they see — usually whoever shows a price, a distance, and a way to message right now. If that isn't you, the walk-in goes next door.
Most repair shops in Thailand don't have a site at all, just a Facebook page and a Shopee link. That's a real opening: a fast, local website plus a complete Google Business Profile lets you own that "near me" moment instead of fighting for it on a feed nobody scrolls when their screen is shattered.
Signs your repair shop is invisible online
- You don't appear in the Google Map Pack for "phone repair" + your area
- Your only presence is a Facebook page with no prices and old hours
- No price list for the repairs people search most — screen, battery, charging port, water damage
- No turnaround time shown ("ready in 30 minutes" / "same day") — the #1 thing customers ask
- No one-tap LINE or call button — people won't fill a form with a dead phone
- You repair specific models (iPhone, Samsung, Oppo, Xiaomi) but nothing says so
- Tourists and expats search in English; you only show up in Thai, or not at all
