Anshika — Content Planner

By Backlink Hut Backlink Hut · Pattaya, Thailand · since 2021

Anshika owns content at Backlink Hut — content production, ghost-mode writing standards, multilingual content-team coordination, brand-voice calibration. She manages the network of native-speaker writers across Thai, English, German, Scandinavian, French, Russian, Mandarin, Indian-English, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Bahasa Malaysia, Indonesian, Vietnamese.

TL;DR: Content Planner. Runs the multilingual content team and editorial process. Anshika does not speak Thai — Thai content is written directly by our in-house Thai-language writer rather than translated.

Background

Anshika came up as a freelance writer covering Indian e-commerce and lifestyle before specialising in SEO content. She joined Backlink Hut to build the multilingual writer network from scratch — interviewing, testing, and onboarding native speakers in each source-market language we now cover. The ghost-mode standard (vocabulary banlist, sentence-length variation, AI-detection gates, plagiarism gates) is hers, refined over hundreds of pages and now applied to every deliverable.

What Anshika leads

  • Content production across all client engagements, blog posts, pillar content, product descriptions, landing pages, email sequences, social captions.
  • Ghost-mode writing standards — content passes AI detection (no GPT-3.5 / GPT-4 detectable patterns), plagiarism-free, sounds genuinely human.
  • Multilingual writer network — 30+ native-speaker writers across 12+ languages, vetted personally, paid weekly, accountable to Anshika directly.
  • Brand-voice calibration. Sustained brand-voice consistency across content programs, especially important for multilingual content where translation can lose tone.
  • YMYL content production — medical-author-byline content for healthcare clients, partner-byline content for law firms, statute-and-case-law citation depth.
  • Editorial review — pre-Priya QA pass on every content deliverable before it reaches the QA gate.
