Backlink Hut is run by a small Pattaya-based team that has built and delivered SEO, backlink, and digital-marketing programs for over 20,000 orders since 2021. We’re not a global agency with hundreds of staff. We’re specialists with deep Thailand-market context, accountable to clients individually rather than through layers of account-management.

TL;DR: Six-person leadership team based primarily in Pattaya. Kanoktip (Founder/MD/owner), Litesh (CEO), Sahil (SEO), Anshika (content), Sanjeev (developer), Priya (QA). All client work is run by this team — no offshored execution.

  • Sahil, SEO Planner. Leads keyword research, competitive analysis, technical-SEO audits, content-brief production, and rank-tracking. Specialises in multilingual source-market keyword research for Russian, Mandarin, and Indian-English source markets.
  • Anshika, Content Planner. Leads content production, ghost-mode writing standards, multilingual content-team coordination, brand-voice calibration. Manages our network of native-speaker writers across Thai, English, German, Scandinavian, French, Russian, Mandarin, Indian-English.

Development

  • Sanjeev. Developer. Leads custom WordPress plugin development, WooCommerce builds, multisite architecture, performance optimisation, security hardening. Built our own backlinkhut-core plugin (the one running this website) plus the CY Financial Solution plugin and dozens of others.

Quality

  • Priya. Quality Analyst. Reviews every deliverable before it reaches the client, content QA, technical-implementation QA, multilingual content review, plagiarism and AI-detection gates, brand-voice consistency. Catches issues before they become client problems.

Network of specialists

Beyond the core team, we maintain a network of native-speaker content writers (15+ languages), specialist developers (mobile, headless, custom-API integration), graphic designers, video editors, and source-market platform specialists (Yandex Direct certified, Baidu where applicable). This lets us scale up for larger engagements without inflating the core team or the overhead it carries.
