Backlink Hut operates on a results-or-we-keep-working basis. If we commit to a ranking target in writing and do not hit it by the agreed date, we continue building links at no additional charge until we do. This is not a refund policy — it is a performance commitment.

When Refunds Apply

Refunds are considered in the following situations:

We fail to deliver the agreed links within the stated delivery window (after a 7-day grace period).
Links are placed on sites that do not match the agreed DR or niche and we cannot replace them within 14 days.
You cancel a service before work has started and have paid a deposit — the deposit is refunded in full.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

Ranking results — Google controls ranking positions. We do not refund for rankings that did not improve if we delivered the agreed links.
Work already completed in good faith — if links are placed and verified, no refund is due.
Client inaction — if work is delayed because you did not provide the required access or information, the standard timeline does not apply.
