Three ways to reach us

  • WhatsApp — fastest. Click the WhatsApp button in the sidebar; we usually reply within 1–2 hours during Bangkok business hours (UTC+7), and within 24 hours always.
  • Phone — call us at +66 87 773 7715. Best for time-sensitive questions or if you prefer to talk through a campaign brief.
  • Email — write to service@backlinkhut.com. Best for detailed briefs, file attachments, or after-hours messages. We reply within one business day.

Where we’re based

Our office is at 49/41 Phatthaya Tai 12 Alley, Pattaya City, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand. We’re a 10-minute drive from Walking Street and 5 minutes from Pattaya Tai. Local clients in Pattaya, Jomtien, or anywhere in Chon Buri are welcome to drop in for a coffee — call ahead so we can clear an hour for you.

For international clients we work over Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp video. Most of our day overlaps with both Asia (Bangkok, Singapore, Mumbai, Hong Kong) and Europe (UK, Germany, Spain) business hours. North American clients usually take morning calls our time = late evening their time, or we work async over WhatsApp.

What to expect when you reach out

If you’re contacting us about a new campaign, we’ll usually:

  1. Reply with two or three quick questions — your URL, target keyword, budget range. No long forms.
  2. Suggest a 15-minute call if your project needs scoping, or send a written quote if it’s a productised package.
  3. Send a kickoff brief with the prospect list, content angle, and timeline before any work starts.
  4. Ship the first deliverable in 7–14 days for most campaigns. Larger projects break into milestones.
