Terms of Service

Agreement

By placing an order with Backlink Hut — whether via WhatsApp or any other channel — you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all services offered by Backlink Hut, operated by Kanoktip Lergdee, Pattaya City, Chon Buri, Thailand.

Services

All services are described in detail on the relevant service or product pages. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed via WhatsApp before work begins. No work starts without written confirmation of scope and price.

Payment

New clients pay a deposit before work begins. The balance is due on delivery. Established clients may have different payment terms agreed in writing. All prices are in Thai Baht (฿) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are stated on each product or service page. We will notify you via WhatsApp if any delay is expected. Force majeure events (natural disasters, platform policy changes, Google algorithm updates) may affect timelines and are outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All content we create for you — copy, graphics, video — becomes your property on full payment. All tools, systems and processes we use remain the property of Backlink Hut.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam, scams, adult content (without prior agreement), gambling without a Thai licence, or any activity that violates Thai law or the laws of your country of residence.

Limitation of Liability

Backlink Hut is not liable for ranking losses, traffic drops or revenue changes resulting from Google algorithm updates, competitor actions, technical issues on your server, or factors outside our direct control. Our liability in all cases is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved via WhatsApp mediation first. If unresolved, disputes will be settled under Thai jurisdiction in Chon Buri.
