Our process — discovery to delivery, transparent and structured

Every Backlink Hut engagement follows a transparent six-stage process. Discovery, audit and proposal, kickoff, execution, reporting, and quarterly review. The process is calibrated to be light enough for small-business clients while rigorous enough for SET-listed and multi-property hospitality clients. We never bury work behind opaque agency-jargon dashboards.

Discovery (week 1)

30-60 minute discovery call with the lead point of contact. We learn your business, target customer profile, current marketing stack, competitive landscape, success criteria. We don’t sell on this call; we ask questions and listen.

Audit and proposal (week 1-2)

Within five business days of discovery, we deliver a written audit covering current organic-search position, technical-and-content gaps, source-market opportunity assessment, plus a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and team assignments.

Kickoff (week 2-3 of engagement)

Kickoff meeting with the assigned team — Sahil (SEO Planner), Sanjeev (Developer), Anshika (Content Planner), Priya (Quality Analyst). We confirm credentials access, set up project-tracking, agree on weekly reporting cadence, finalise content briefs.

Execution (ongoing)

Weekly content production, technical implementation, link earning, GBP and review-platform management, paid-media optimisation. The team works in parallel with weekly internal QA before client delivery; you get a single point of contact rather than fielding messages from individual team members.

Reporting (monthly)

Monthly written report. Organic-traffic, keyword-ranking, conversion-rate-and-volume, GBP / Wongnai / source-market platform metrics, link-earning summary, content-production summary, paid-media performance. The report is comparison-driven (month-over-month, quarter-over-quarter) and never decorated with vanity metrics.

Quarterly review (every three months)

Quarterly video call covering quarterly performance, competitive landscape changes, source-market shifts, scope adjustments, next-quarter strategic priorities. We commit to bringing recommendations rather than waiting for client direction; you can accept, modify, or push back.

Throughout the engagement

  • Single point of contact. Your assigned team-lead handles communication; team works behind the scenes.
  • Email + WhatsApp / LINE for day-to-day. Bangkok-business-hours response within one business day.
  • Transparent invoicing, monthly retainer billed in advance, project-pricing milestone-based.
