Background

Priya joined Backlink Hut after years in QA roles at Indian agencies and SaaS companies, where she’d learned that the difference between an agency lasting and an agency churning out ten clients a year is whether someone holds the bar internally. She built Backlink Hut’s QA process from scratch, Build Pledge, 348-item checklist, plagiarism gates, AI-detection gates, multilingual review checkpoints. The QA process is now run on every deliverable across the team and gets re-audited monthly to catch drift.

What Priya leads

  • Content QA. Every blog post, landing page, product description checked for ghost-mode compliance, plagiarism, AI-detection, factual accuracy, brand-voice consistency.
  • Technical-implementation QA — schema markup validation in Google Rich Results Test, hreflang correctness, Core Web Vitals checks, broken-link sweep before client delivery.
  • Multilingual content review. Coordinates native-speaker review for any source-market translation before it reaches a client.
  • Plagiarism and AI-detection gates, Copyscape, Quetext / Grammarly plagiarism check, Originality.ai or GPTZero on every long-form piece.
  • Brand-voice consistency, flags any content that drifts from the established tone, escalates back to Anshika for rework.
  • Process audit, monthly review of where deliverables fail QA, feeds insights back into team training.
