Terms of Service — Using Backlink Hut Services

By using Backlink Hut services or this website (backlinkhut.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who we are

Backlink Hut is a digital marketing agency registered in Thailand, headquartered at 49/41 Phatthaya Tai 12 Alley, Pattaya City, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri 20150.

2. Services

We provide manual link building, SEO, content writing, social media engagement, WordPress development, and related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables are defined per order.

3. Payment

Payment is due in advance for all orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept PayPal, Stripe (cards), Wise, and Thai bank transfer (PromptPay).

4. Delivery timelines

Stated delivery times are estimates. We aim to meet them but external factors (publisher response time, Google indexing, ad approval) can cause delays. We will keep you informed.

5. Quality and revisions

We stand behind our work. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed specification, we will revise it at no charge. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

6. Search engine policies

You acknowledge that search engine algorithms change. We do not guarantee specific rankings. We follow Google’s Webmaster Guidelines and refuse to use black-hat methods (PBNs, link schemes, cloaking, etc.).

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm you own the website you are promoting (or have authority). You will not ask us to promote illegal, harmful, or trademark-infringing content.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profit, lost rankings due to Google updates, etc.).

9. Confidentiality

We treat your campaign details, websites, and access credentials as confidential. We do not share client lists publicly without permission.

10. Intellectual property

Content we create for you (articles, images, designs) becomes yours upon full payment. We retain the right to reference the work as a portfolio item (anonymised by default).

11. Termination

Either party can terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days notice. Already-completed work is paid for; in-progress work is prorated.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes are resolved in Pattaya, Chon Buri.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after notification means acceptance.
