Refund Policy — Our Money-Back Guarantee

We want every Backlink Hut customer to be satisfied. This page explains when refunds apply and how to request one.

Eligibility

Starter products ($0–$50): full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, provided the deliverable has not been actioned.

Mid-tier products ($50–$500): refund of the unused portion if the campaign is paused before significant work has been done. If links/content have already been delivered, no refund (you keep the assets).

Enterprise / custom campaigns: governed by your signed Statement of Work. Typically prorated based on milestones completed.

Non-refundable

Already-delivered backlinks (the publisher will not remove them); content that has been published; ads spend that has gone to Google or Meta.

How to request a refund

Email service@backlinkhut.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 1 business day.

Refund processing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. International transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
