Email Marketing Service
Email marketing is the highest-ROI digital channel — when it works. When it does not, you are talking to a list of dead inboxes through a spam folder. The difference is permission and deliverability, and most agencies skip both.
The state of email marketing in 2026
Apple’s Mail Privacy Protection broke open-rate tracking. Gmail and Yahoo’s bulk-sender requirements (effective Feb 2024) tightened deliverability rules. AI-generated cold email at scale poisoned the inboxes of the people we want to reach. Yet email still produces 30–40x ROI for e-commerce brands that get it right. The gap between “right” and “wrong” widened.
Right today means: real opt-in lists, segmented sends, deliverability discipline (SPF, DKIM, DMARC properly set), and content that earns a click. Wrong is bought lists, spray-and-pray, or “we’ll figure out the bounces later”.
List building (the right way)
We don’t buy lists. Ever. Bought lists trash sender reputation in 30 days and put your domain on permanent block lists at major mailbox providers. Recovery takes months and costs more than you ever earned from the spam.
What works in 2026: lead magnets that match your offer (a guide, a discount, a tool), double opt-in confirmation, clear permission language at signup, and re-confirmation campaigns for any list inherited from a previous tool. Boring discipline, big payoff.
Automation flows that actually work
Five flows cover most e-commerce and SaaS use cases:
- Welcome series (3–5 emails over 7 days) — sets expectations, delivers the lead magnet, builds initial engagement
- Abandoned cart (3 emails over 24h) — recovers 10–20% of abandoned revenue when done well
- Post-purchase (review request, cross-sell, nurture) — increases LTV and review velocity
- Re-engagement (sunset flow for cold subscribers) — protects deliverability by removing dead weight
- VIP / loyalty (segment-based for top customers) — disproportionately drives repeat revenue
We build these in Klaviyo (preferred for e-commerce), ActiveCampaign (preferred for B2B / SaaS), or Mailchimp (preferred for general / smaller lists). Pricing depends on your platform’s monthly fee — we charge for setup and management on top.
Deliverability — staying out of spam
Deliverability gets ignored until it is broken. By then it takes 60–90 days to repair. We bake it in from day one: SPF + DKIM records configured properly, DMARC in monitor mode then enforce, BIMI for verified-sender display in Gmail, list hygiene (auto-remove hard bounces and chronic non-openers), warm-up of new domains and IPs, content scoring before send.
If you are seeing open rates below 15% on permission-based lists, you have a deliverability problem. We audit and fix.
Reporting
Monthly: open rates (acknowledging Apple Mail noise), click rates, conversion rates, revenue per recipient, list growth and churn, deliverability score, and inbox placement test results across major providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Apple Mail).
Pricing: setup from $800. Ongoing management $400–1,200/month depending on send volume and number of automation flows. WhatsApp marketing available as an add-on for clients with Thai or regional audiences.
Email marketing FAQ
Is email marketing dead? No — it is the most consolidated channel. Lower volume, higher quality, more discipline. The brands sending less and more carefully are winning.
What’s the average open rate in 2026? 25–40% on healthy permission-based lists. Below 20% suggests list quality or deliverability problems.
Klaviyo vs Mailchimp? Klaviyo for e-commerce (deeper integrations, better segmentation). Mailchimp for general / mixed use. ActiveCampaign for B2B / SaaS automation.
