Digital Marketing Service

Digital marketing is what you call it when you want everything in one place — SEO, paid ads, social media, content, email — managed by one team, reported in one dashboard. Most clients eventually consolidate this way. Here is when that decision pays off, and what it looks like with us.

When you need a full-stack digital marketing partner

Three signals usually tell you it is time to consolidate. First, you have three or four point-solution agencies and they keep blaming each other for missed numbers. Second, your in-house marketer is doing 60% strategy and 40% spreadsheet, when it should be the other way around. Third, you cannot answer the question “what is our cost per acquisition across all channels?” without a meeting.

If two of those resonate, a managed digital marketing engagement is probably worth a look.

What a typical engagement covers

  • SEO — on-page, technical, local, content. The compounding base layer.
  • Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, YouTube. Paired with conversion tracking that actually fires.
  • Social media marketing — engagement, audience growth, video and image flyer creation.
  • Link building — manual outreach to grow domain authority.
  • Email marketing — list building, automation flows, deliverability monitoring.
  • Analytics + reporting — GA4 setup, GSC integration, Looker Studio dashboard, monthly readout call.

You do not need to take all of these. Most clients start with two or three and add more once the foundations are stable.

Our managed-service model

One account lead is your single point of contact. Behind them is the right specialist for each discipline (SEO lead, paid lead, content lead, designer). Monthly retainer covers a defined scope — agreed deliverables, agreed KPIs, agreed reporting cadence. No mystery hours, no “we ran out of budget” surprises.

Retainers start at $1,200/month for two channels and scale by scope. Most six-channel engagements land in the $4,000–8,000/month range. We share a written scope of work before any payment, and we re-scope every quarter if priorities shift.

What we don’t do (the boundary)

Most agencies pretend to do everything. We do not. Here is what we deliberately turn down or refer out:

  • Brand strategy and naming — we are not a brand consultancy. We refer out to specialists.
  • TV / radio / print buying — pure digital here. Traditional media buyers do this better.
  • Influencer-only campaigns at scale — we run small influencer collabs as part of social, not as a primary channel.
  • Anything black-hat or grey-hat — no PBNs, no bot networks, no fake reviews, no cookie-stuffing affiliate plays.

Knowing the boundary up front saves both sides three months of false starts.

Digital marketing FAQ

What does a digital marketing agency do? Plans, executes, and reports across the digital channels you sell or build awareness through. Specifics depend on what you need; the channels are usually some mix of SEO, paid ads, social, content, and email.

How much does digital marketing cost? For managed services, $1,200 to $10,000 per month is the typical Thailand market range depending on scope. Lower than that you are buying a freelancer; higher you are buying enterprise overhead.

Should I hire one agency or specialists? Specialists if you have a strong in-house marketer who can integrate them. One agency if you don’t, or if you want one accountable team for the number.
